With a week to go until the Chelsea flower show, a garden designer watches his large installation take shape and waits nervously for the blooms to appear We are now more than a week into the build of the Cancer Research UK garden, and generally all is going well. We are a tiny behind our original programme, but most of the show gardens appear to be in a similar position and the team is working hard to catch up. Despite the bitter weather and long days, it’s great to be back on site reunited with old friends and seeing the garden take shape.
